Shipping Freeze Prevention

SMART COLLOIDAL SILVER CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO FREEZE DURING SHIPPING

Freezing causes the nanoparticles to drop out of suspension. So its important to check the weather between northeast Oklahoma and the shipment destination during the time it will take to ship. Please consider the following before placing your order:

  1. We use 3-day heat packs in shipments of Smart Colloidal Silver as needed to prevent freezing. USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays). If the shipment is going to a rural eastern or western states location, allow 4 business days to be safe. It’s important that the shipment arrive before the weekend to avoid more opportunity to freeze over a weekend. Therefore, if freezing weather may happen in transit, we will ship the first day of the week. In that case, order Smart Colloidal Silver on the day before the first USPS business day of the week (usually Sunday). To assure the product doesn’t freeze during forecast cold weather, we may have to delay shipment to rural eastern or western states destinations. You will be notified if this happens.

  2. Check for freezing temperatures for the next two nights at 4am in the middle column at the NWS Graphical Forecast Maps.

  3. Also, check for minimum temperatures below freezing in transit for the remaining shipment days at NWS Medium Range Forecasts (Days 3-7). Plan on 3 days from the first business day of the week and add a day going to rural eastern or western states locations.

  4. If temperatures in transit will be below freezing, please order the day before the first USPS business day of the week (usually Sunday). If the shipment is to a rural eastern or western states location, you should wait and order the day before the first USPS business day of a week when temperatures will be above freezing after the third day in the region of the destination.

We want your product to arrive in its original high quality condition. We will make every effort to assure your Smart Colloidal Silver isn’t damaged by freezing. Your cooperation with shipment planning will help assure this.

Please look at your Smart Colloidal Silver as soon as it arrives. It should have about the same appearance as in the product photo above. If the color has gone (clear liquid), is significantly lighter than the photo above, or the bottle bottom is pooched out with the sides drawn in, please contact with the lot number printed in the lower right corner of the bottle’s label, describe what you are seeing and send a photo of the back of the entire bottle with a plain white background around the bottle. We retain a properly stored bottle from each lot for quality control.

Shipping Policy

Customer's Responsibility

Refund Policy

Customer's Responsibility
Refunds can be arranged only if your product was delivered in an unacceptable condition - damaged, torn, or mishandled. You cannot request a refund simply because your mind has changed or for any other reasons other than those stated above. Refunds can only be processed within 14 days after your order has been marked as completed / shipped. Any requests thereafter will not be processed. Shipping fees (return) must be provided by you as the customer. It is your responsibility to arrange a reasonable refund request with your vendor. https://weshopwithcrypto.com/ will not be held liable for any of your mis-purchases or refund requests with your vendors. However, if your vendor ignores your refund request without valid reasons - assuming that your refund period is still active (14 days) and assuming that your refund request holds a valid reason (as stated above) - we will intervene to prolong the refund availability period and consult the vendor appropriately. Vendor's Responsibility
Vendors are required to respond to refund requests as promptly as possible. If you do not reply or handle a refund request accordingly within 72 hours of the request, your store may temporarily be suspended until further notice. You, as the vendor, will be responsible for taking care of the refund requests forwarded by your customers. If, however, refund request reasons are unacceptable or if you have received the products back in an unacceptable condition, we are able to intervene and consult the customer accordingly. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order cancellation can only be made before a product has been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, you cannot request a cancellation. Order cancellation for digital goods and services will be handled manually by us as we consult the Vendor & you (customer) to learn more about the issue. Please note that cancelling an order for digital goods & services will take a minimum of 7-14 days as we need to communicate with you and the vendor actively.Return of goods after requesting a refund - products must be shipped in the same condition you have received them - if, in any way, the product has been damaged or mishandled, you will not receive your refunds.
