FEES & VENDORS

What are the fees involved on WSWC?

- Buyers do not have to pay any fees to use our services.
- Vendors pay a flat rate of 2% on all orders.
- There are no deposit or withdrawal fees on WSWC.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount for vendors?

Minimum withdrawal amounts are set at $10.

How are withdrawals processed for vendors?

Withdrawals can only be processed in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and HYPE Token. We will do our best to match the USD withdrawal amounts at time of the withdrawal request. Slight differences in conversion rates may be present due to the nature of the volatile markets.

What payout methods are available for vendors?

Currently, we only support payouts in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and HYPE Token (HYPE).

How long does it take for withdrawals to be processed?

Withdrawal requests can only be made for orders which have been marked as 'complete'. There is an 'order maturing period' of 14 days (for escrow purposes) once your order is marked as complete. Withdrawals typically take between 1-24 hours.

Is there a guide for vendors?

There are various articles available to help new vendors get familiar with the dashboard. Go to your 'Store Manager' and click on the 'Knowledgebase' (book icon) available on the top-right corner of your dashboard.

Why is there a product & upload limit for new vendors?

Escrow (Buyer & Seller Protection)

How does the WSWC Escrow System work?

When a user purchases a product or a service, funds are not instantly sent to the seller. We keep those funds on our cold (offline) wallets until the order has been marked as 'complete'. Vendors will only be able to withdraw their earnings after 14 days upon marking their order as 'complete'. This period is known as the 'order maturing period'. During this time, buyers and sellers will be able to file a complaint and request refunds. We act as the intermediary party handling potential disputes over orders.

Customer's Responsibility

It is your responsibility as the customer to keep track of your order's status. Orders should only be marked as 'complete' once your product or service has been fully delivered by the vendor(s). If a vendor marks the order as 'complete' when your product or service has not been delivered yet, please contact us immediately. You will only be able to claim a refund before 14 days have passed since the order has been marked as 'complete'.

Vendor's Responsibility

Vendors should only mark orders as 'complete' upon fully delivering products or services. (Excluding virtual downloadable products).

SHIPPING

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping methods will differ for each respective vendors as they are all taken care of on the vendors' end. You will have to make this clear with your vendor (seller) before making an order. Considering that many manufacturers are based in China, the standard shipping option will be the basic China Post which takes on average 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

This depends on the vendor (seller) and it is your responsibility to double check that international shipping is available.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It depends on the shipping types you select. If you select a free shipping option, it usually takes between 3-4 weeks for most of the countries and if you select express options (paid) such as FedEx or DHS, it may take much less. Double confirm your shipping period with vendors before making an order!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

How are My Payment Details Secured?

Cryptocurrency payments processed on WSWC are direct p2p transactions in which you will be directly paying into our cold storage (offline) wallet addresses. The payments are confirmed and validated via the blockchain and nothing is internally processed or stored on our servers. You can therefore be rest assured that shopping on WSWC is ultra safe!

How do I place an Order?

Register an account -> Select a product -> Add to cart -> Checkout -> Forward Payment

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can view all of your orders and order statuses via your My Account Dashboard (must be registered). The link is available on the top-right corner of the website with the 'profile' icon.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Account creation is highly recommended and compulsory for customers to place an order. By creating an account, you can view all of your orders, request refunds, create direct support tickets and inquiries with vendors, and many more.

How Do I View My Orders & Track Shipment?

Order tracking is available via your My Account Dashboard. Shipment tracking is only available when the vendor has marked your order as 'shipped' and has provided a shipment tracking code and URL. You will be notified via email once your order has been marked as 'completed' or 'shipped'.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you wish to request a refund and return the product, you will have to arrange it accordingly with your vendor. 'Refund Request' is available on the 'ORDERS' tab on My Account Dashboard. Shipping costs for returns must be handled by you. If the vendor refuses to refund you (due to returned product conditions), we cannot help you further. However, if the vendor ignores your request and rejects your request without valid reasons, we are able to help you by intervening. Contact: [email protected]

How does WSWC Escrow work?

When a user purchases a product, the funds are not released immediately to the vendor. We keep the funds until the order has been marked as 'complete' by the vendor. Even after a vendor has marked an order as complete, there is an 'order maturing' period of 14 days. Refund requests can therefore, can only be made within 14 days of having the order marked as 'complete'. It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure that orders are not marked as complete before the product/service has been fully delivered as promised.
